Refund policy

Please note that “Good Buys” and any items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned. Items that fall under this category will be listed under the Non-Returnable section of your order.

If your return is due to a MyMish error (wrong item, damaged item, missing item, etc.), we will refund your return shipping after we review the return. We do not offer exchanges or merchandise credits. Free gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

Returns are processed per order. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for each return to ensure items are reconciled correctly. Please do not combine items from multiple orders into a single return request.

How to process a return

  1. Initiate your return
    Start your return by submitting a request through the MyMish “Contact Us” page. Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/incorrect item)

  • Your preferred contact email/phone

  1. Receive your RMA instructions
    After we review your request, we will provide:

  • An RMA number

  • Return instructions (and return address if approved)

  1. Package your return

  • Place items in a secure, shippable package

  • Include the packing slip (if available) and clearly write the RMA number on/inside the package

  • Tape the package securely to prevent it from opening during shipment

  1. Ship the package

  • Use the carrier of your choice (UPS, USPS, etc.)

  • Keep your tracking number for reference

  1. Refund timing
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within two weeks. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
