Shipping policy

MyMish Shipping Policy

  • All items in your order must be shipped to a single “ship to” address.

  • A valid shipping address is required.

  • We do not ship to third-party freight forwarders / third-party shippers.

  • Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.

  • You are only charged for items that ship.

  • An order confirmation/shipping email will be sent to the email address on file once your order ships, including:

    • billing details

    • tracking details (when available)

    • unavailable/backordered items (if applicable)

Order cut-off times (PST)

  • Expedited orders placed by 12:30 PM PST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will ship the same business day.

  • Expedited orders placed after 12:30 PM PST, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the next business day.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

  • MyMish does not ship to P.O. Boxes or Armed Forces addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Please use a valid street address.

USPS Shipments

  • Small orders weighing under one pound may ship via USPS. Tracking may be limited depending on the service level selected.

  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may be sent via USPS, and delivery times may be longer than the contiguous U.S.

Hazardous Materials (HazMat)

  • Orders containing products classified as hazardous under applicable transportation regulations ship via Standard Ground only.

  • HazMat items may have additional shipping restrictions, including limitations on shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

  • HazMat items will be identified as “Ground shipping only” on the site (when applicable).

Shipping & Handling Charges

  • MyMish does not offer free shipping on any orders.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, package weight, and destination.

VAT / Per-item fee

  • A $1 fee per item will be added to each order as VAT.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping options (if available for your address) will be shown at checkout with the applicable rates and estimated delivery windows.

  • Expedited shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is allowed where available at checkout.

  • MyMish is not responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or delays caused by customs or local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery timelines for international orders vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions (California)

  • If a product cannot be shipped to California due to labeling or regulatory requirements (including Proposition 65), a message will appear at checkout and the item may be restricted from purchase/shipment.

State and Local Taxes (U.S.)

  • Internet sales are not exempt from sales and use taxes. Applicable state and local taxes (based on the “ship to” location) will be added to your order. An estimated tax amount may appear at checkout, and the final tax amount will be reflected in your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation.
